Step 2 also includes a high detail 3D render of your units, so you can see how the finished product will look.
Town Planning Permit
Finally, Design Subdivide & Build will lodge the formal planning application and attend numerous meetings with council.
Much negotiation will be necessary to obtain the permit under the most favourable conditions.This is where our experience and contacts really come to the fore.
The 3 step structure means you pay incrementally as the work progresses, with an option to review at the completion of each stage, before proceeding to the next.
